Releasing Control

Today I will focus on the things that I can control and release the things outside of my control. 

 I cannot control :

         what someone else is thinking

         someone else’s choices

         what happened in the past

         the timing or results of how events will play out

 Worrying only makes you feel worse while having no effect on the situation. 

 When you begin to worry so much, it then turns into fear oftentimes and fear will taint all your thoughts overtaking any positive input.

 Mentally shift and take a deep breath. 

Identify and release the things you have no control over.

Place them in the palms of God’s hand.  He is able.

God has you no matter how things turn out.
